About the event

Heather Ford brings you on a journey across cultures using folk stories and mythology Creation myths are metaphorical stories that are sacred in various cultures that depict the beginning of the world/universe and how humans are created. Many of these define a culture. Also, many cultures believe they derive from a female source, or Madonna.  This talk will dive into how and why many cultures believe life became from a divine feminine source. By examining the ancient origins of human civilization, we will see that female deities have been worshipped far and wide for millennia.
